Site layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
